About Us
Rhema Life, Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded on April 1, 2024, in Charleston, South Carolina, as the parent organization to provide a solid and structured foundation for its affiliated programs: Rhema Life Mentorship and Life Circles. Rhema Life, Incorporated was established to foster empowerment, spiritual growth, and community development across its various initiatives.
The purpose of Rhema Life, Incorporated is to serve as a guiding force and resource hub for its entities, enabling them to achieve their unique missions. Its overarching goal is to create environments where individuals can discover and develop their God-given potential, grow in their faith, and positively impact their communities. By aligning its efforts with biblical principles, Rhema Life, Incorporated seeks to inspire hope, structure lives with purpose, and contribute to advancing the Kingdom of God through its various outreach and mentorship efforts.
Rhema Life Mentorship
The Rhema Life Mentorship Program is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders through a Christ-centered approach. We aim to build a nurturing community that fosters spiritual, emotional, and personal growth for our youth by partnering them with committed mentors who exemplify Christian values and a passion for youth development.
My vision for Rhema Life, Inc. is to build safe, structured, and empowering environments where individuals, families, and the next generation can develop lives of purpose and long-term success. Every initiative under Rhema Life is designed to support personal growth, strengthen foundational values, and provide the tools needed to navigate today’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope.
Through Rhema Life Mentorship, we invest in youth by helping them establish strong guiding principles, cultivate healthy identity, and develop the character needed to thrive in school, relationships, and life. By reinforcing their spiritual and personal foundations, we open the door for them to unlock their unique gifts, potential, and future opportunities.
Through Life Circles, our coaching initiative facilitated in partnership with Daysia Elise LLC, we equip individuals, young adults, and families with practical life skills, emotional support, and structured guidance. These sessions are designed to strengthen communication, decision-making, emotional wellness, and goal-setting—empowering participants to build stable and purpose-driven lives.
Through Harvest Hands, our community assistance program, we meet essential needs with dignity and compassion. By providing food, resources, and supportive connections, we ensure that families facing hardship receive both immediate relief and long-term pathways toward stability and wellness.

Life Circles is a personal and family development initiative under Rhema Life, Inc., designed to provide individuals, young adults, and households with the tools they need to grow with purpose, clarity, and confidence. Created to support the whole person, Life Circles focuses on strengthening emotional wellness, communication, relationships, and everyday life skills through structured coaching and intentional guidance.
In partnership with Daysia Elise LLC, Life Circles offers a variety of coaching formats tailored to meet the needs of participants at different stages of life. Through one-on-one sessions, family coaching, and group-based “circles,” individuals receive personalized support that promotes self-awareness, healthy decision-making, and meaningful growth. Our approach prioritizes practical tools—such as goal-setting, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and life balance—while upholding values that encourage integrity, purpose, and wholeness.
Led by certified life coach Daysia McClough and supported by trained Christian coaches, Life Circles provides a safe, structured, and uplifting environment where participants can navigate life’s challenges with support and accountability. Each session is designed to help individuals strengthen their foundation, improve their relationships, and pursue the next steps of their personal journey with confidence.

By offering professional coaching rooted in compassion and growth, we help cultivate stronger homes, stronger individuals, and stronger communities.
Career Readiness
The Career Readiness Initiative is an integral part of Rhema Life, Inc.’s commitment to equipping the next generation with the tools they need to succeed beyond the classroom. In partnership with FormerU, LLC, this initiative introduces students to foundational career-development skills through mentorship, structured learning, and confidence-building experiences.
Our goal is to help youth discover their strengths, understand their potential, and begin shaping a vision for their future. Through age-appropriate career exploration, communication training, leadership development, and personal-growth exercises, we provide early exposure to the essential habits and skills that support long-term success.
Guided by Jaiera Braswell, entrepreneur and certified Life & Leadership Coach, the Career Readiness Initiative blends practical instruction with values-driven leadership. We believe that when students are encouraged, supported, and empowered, they are more prepared to make informed decisions, pursue meaningful goals, and confidently navigate the opportunities ahead of them.
Career Readiness reflects Rhema Life’s broader mission: to create purposeful, structured environments where children and teens can grow academically, spiritually, and personally. This initiative helps ensure that every young person has access to the guidance, preparation, and support needed to build a successful and fulfilling future.
