Career Readiness

Preparing the Next Generation for Purpose & Professional Success

The Rhema Life Career Readiness Initiative, in partnership with FormerU, LLC., is designed to equip students with the essential skills, habits, and confidence needed to navigate their future careers. This program introduces youth to early career development through engaging sessions that help them cultivate strong character, leadership qualities, and a clear sense of direction.

Led by Jaiera Braswell, corporate professional, entrepreneur and certified Life & Leadership Coach, the Career Readiness Initiative gives students access to practical tools that prepare them for real-world opportunities. Students learn how to communicate effectively, present themselves confidently, set meaningful goals, build healthy habits, and develop the professional mindset needed to excel in any career path they choose.

Our sessions are interactive, supportive, and intentionally structured to empower youth to discover who they are and who they can become. Whether through mock interviews, vision-planning activities, leadership development, or digital professionalism, students receive a strong foundation that helps them thrive academically, socially, and eventually in the workforce. More than a skills program, Career Readiness is an investment into the next generation—helping students grow in character, build resilience, and unlock the potential that has been placed within them. Through this partnership with FormerU, LLC., Rhema Life is preparing future leaders who are equipped, confident, and ready to impact their communities and the world.
